1 pound ground beef
1 medium yellow onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup beef broth
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the diced onion to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it up with a spatula and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
