High Protein Korean BBQ Beef

A flavorful and protein-packed Korean BBQ beef recipe featuring tender marinated sirloin grilled to perfection, perfect for a nutritious and delicious meal.

1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, and black pepper. Whisk together until well blended.
Add the thinly sliced beef sirloin to the marinade and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Remove the beef from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill the beef slices for 2-3 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness.
Transfer the grilled beef to a serving plate and sprinkle with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
Serve immediately with steamed rice or your favorite side dishes.
