1 sheet of puff pastry
8 oz brie cheese
1/2 cup cranberry sauce
1 egg (for egg wash)
Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
Place a small piece of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
Notes
Make sure to not overfill the pastry to prevent leaking.
These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before cooking.
