Air Fryer Cranberry Brie Bites are a delicious and easy-to-make appetizer that combines creamy brie cheese with sweet cranberry sauce, all wrapped in flaky pastry.

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 8 oz brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh rosemary (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a small piece of brie cheese and a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each pastry square.
  4. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  6. Place the bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving. Garnish with fresh rosemary if desired.
