4 medium russet potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt.

Place the potato halves in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the potatoes and toss to coat evenly.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
Place the potato halves in the air fryer basket cut side down in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding.
Cook for 10 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
Flip the potato halves so the cut side is facing up and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender inside.
