Air Fryer Shrimp and Sausage

A quick and flavorful dish featuring succulent shrimp and smoky sausage cooked to perfection in the air fryer. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or casual gathering.

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp and sliced sausage to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Place the shrimp and sausage in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Cook for 6 minutes, then shake the basket or stir the shrimp and sausage pieces.
Continue cooking for an additional 6 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through and the sausage is browned.
Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
