Air Fryer Shrimp and Sausage

A quick and flavorful air fryer recipe combining juicy shrimp and savory sausage, perfect for a delicious and easy meal.

1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 ounces smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
Add the shrimp and sliced sausage to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.
Place the shrimp and sausage in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6 minutes.
After 6 minutes, shake the basket or use tongs to turn the shrimp and sausage pieces. Cook for an additional 6 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque and sausage is browned.
Remove from the air fryer and transfer to a serving dish.
Drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
