A quick and healthy recipe for perfectly cooked tilapia loins in the air fryer, seasoned with simple spices for a flavorful and crispy finish.

2 tilapia loins (about 6 ounces each), skinless and boneless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 lemon, cut into wedges

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the tilapia loins dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of each tilapia loin.
Place the tilapia loins in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time.
Check for doneness: the fish should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.
Remove the tilapia loins from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
