Air Fryer Tilapia

A quick and easy recipe for perfectly cooked tilapia fillets in the air fryer. Crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, this healthy dish is ready in under 20 minutes.

2 tilapia fillets (about 6 ounces each), skinless
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush both sides of each tilapia fillet with olive oil.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the tilapia fillets.
Place the fillets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the tilapia in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
Remove the fillets from the air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
