Apple Crumble Cheesecake

A delicious blend of creamy cheesecake and sweet apple crumble, perfect for dessert lovers.

  • 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 4 cups of peeled and sliced apples
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 cup of rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. In another bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon, brown sugar, oats, flour, and nuts.
  7. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool before removing from the pan and serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use a mix of sweet and tart apples.
  • Serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for added indulgence.
  • Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
