  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them.
  4. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
