Balsamic Blackberry & Brie Puff Pastry Bites are a delicious appetizer that combines the sweetness of blackberries with the creaminess of brie cheese, all wrapped in flaky puff pastry and drizzled with balsamic reduction.

1 sheet of puff pastry
8 ounces of brie cheese
1 cup of fresh blackberries
2 tablespoons of balsamic reduction
1 egg (for egg wash)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares.
Place a small piece of brie cheese in the center of each square.
Add a few blackberries on top of the brie.
Drizzle a little balsamic reduction over the blackberries.
Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter flavor, you can add a drizzle of honey before baking.
These bites can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
