1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Skewers (wooden or metal)
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the sauce.
Marinate the chicken pieces in half of the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill or oven to medium-high heat.
Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve the skewers with the remaining sauce for dipping.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
Adjust the level of sriracha based on your spice preference.
These skewers can also be baked in the oven at 400°F for 20 minutes.
