  • 4 pounds beef back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons onion powder
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Rub the beef back ribs with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
  4. Cover the ribs with another piece of foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  5. Remove the top foil and brush the ribs with barbecue sauce.
  6. Increase the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
  7. Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
