Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the beef heart by removing any fat and connective tissue.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
  4. Season the beef heart with salt, pepper, and paprika.
