Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Season the short ribs with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large oven-safe pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the short ribs on all sides until browned, then remove and set aside.
