1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center.
Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Italian seasoning.
Brush the garlic Parmesan mixture over the tops of the sealed biscuits.
Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add diced onions or pickles to the beef mixture.
These can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking.
