2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
8 small flour tortillas
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cheese, cooked chicken, black beans, green onions, garlic powder, and cumin.
Warm the tortillas slightly to make them pliable.
Place a generous amount of the filling on each tortilla and roll them tightly.
Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Fry the taquitos in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
