1 pound ground chicken
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup milk
1 large egg
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup marinara sauce
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, fresh breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped onion, milk, and egg.
Add the chopped fresh parsley, salt, black pepper, dried oregano, dried basil, and crushed red pepper flakes to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly with your hands or a spoon until well combined.
Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan or shape it into a loaf on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread the marinara sauce evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the meatloaf is cooked through.
