  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, bell pepper, and beef broth.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
