2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
Add the rolled oats and chocolate protein powder, mixing until well combined.
Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts if using.
Press the mixture into a lined 8×8 inch baking dish.
