1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Add the chopped cranberries, pecans, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and slice into pinwheels.
Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
