1 cup dried figs, chopped
1 cup dried apricots, chopped
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
In a food processor, combine the dried figs, dried apricots, and walnuts. Pulse until finely chopped.
Add honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves to the mixture and pulse until well combined.
Form the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
If using, roll the balls in shredded coconut to coat.
Dust the sugar plums with powdered sugar before serving.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up before enjoying.
