1 pound ground pork
4 cups shredded cabbage
1 cup shredded carrots
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tablespoon grated ginger
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 green onions, sliced
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Drain excess fat if necessary.
