  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat, shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped artichoke hearts, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
  7. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or vegetables.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
  • This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
