Crab Stuffed Mushroom

A delicious and easy recipe for crab stuffed mushrooms that makes for a perfect appetizer or party dish.

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix together crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes to the stuffing.
  • These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
