Baked Boursin Salmon

Tender baked salmon fillets topped with a creamy garlic and herb Boursin cheese spread, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon zest.

Ingredients

2 Salmon fillets (6 oz each)
4 oz Boursin cheese
1 tsp Lemon zest
1 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix Boursin cheese, minced garlic, lemon zest, and half of the chopped parsley.
Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with salt and black pepper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is tender and flakes easily.
Remove from the oven and garnish with remaining parsley and a lemon wedge.
Serve each salmon fillet centered on a white round plate with the cheese topping spread evenly.
