4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 box (6 ounces) herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Spray the inside of a 4-6 quart crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken breasts evenly in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, melted butter, dried parsley flakes, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is cooked through and the stuffing is tender.
Carefully remove the chicken and stuffing from the crock pot and serve warm.
