Deviled Potatoes

Deviled Potatoes are a delicious and unique twist on the classic deviled eggs, featuring creamy, seasoned potato filling in tender potato skins.

  • 8 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes, then pierce them with a fork.
  3. Bake the potatoes for about 45 minutes or until tender.
  4. Let the potatoes cool slightly, then cut them in half lengthwise.
  5. Scoop out the insides of the potatoes into a mixing bowl, leaving a small border.
  6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the potato insides and mix until smooth.
  7. Fill the potato skins with the creamy mixture.
  8. Sprinkle paprika on top for garnish.
  9. Serve warm or at room temperature.
