2 cups fresh blueberries
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup blueberry muffin mix
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium bowl, combine the fresh blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Stir gently to coat the berries evenly.
Pour the blueberry mixture into a 9-inch round baking dish or an 8×8-inch square baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
In a separate bowl, mix the blueberry muffin mix with the milk until just combined. Do not overmix.
Pour the muffin batter evenly over the blueberry mixture in the baking dish.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the batter.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the batter comes out clean.
Remove the cobbler from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
