Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro.
