Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the blackberries until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream gently to maintain its fluffiness.
  4. Mix in the blackberry puree until well combined.
  5. Fill popsicle molds with the cheesecake mixture and insert sticks.
