  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir well.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  5. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  6. Dip each ball first in flour, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Fry the balls in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  9. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
