Ghost Cheeseball

A fun and spooky ghost-shaped cheeseball perfect for Halloween parties.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced (for eyes)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ghost shape on a serving platter.
  4. Use the sliced black olives to create eyes on the ghost.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley around the base of the ghost.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add some diced jalapeños to the mixture.
  • Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread for dipping.
  • This cheeseball can be made a day in advance.
