  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas and melted butter.
  3. Add the sugar, beaten egg, eggnog, and vanilla extract to the banana mixture and mix well.
