  • 2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (gluten-free)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, boil the butternut squash until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Drain the squash and mash it in a bowl.
  4. Add the cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the mashed squash and mix well.
  5. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the gluten-free breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
