Parmesan-Crusted White Fish

A quick and easy recipe featuring tender white fish topped with a crispy, cheesy Parmesan crust.

4 white fish fillets (cod, haddock, or tilapia)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush each fish fillet with melted butter on top.
Press the Parmesan mixture firmly onto the buttered side of each fillet.
Place the coated fish on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and the crust is golden brown.
Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
