4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels and brush each with olive oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, pressing gently to adhere.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a lightly greased baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 22-25 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the crust is golden brown.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before plating.
