  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
  4. While the steak is grilling, slice the zucchinis and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
