  • 1 package of pie crusts (2 crusts)
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
  3. Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into ghost shapes using a cookie cutter.
  4. Place a spoonful of the blueberry filling on one half of each ghost shape.
  5. Fold the other half over and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
