1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring until melted and smooth.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
In a separate bowl, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle over the cooled fudge to create mummy bandages.
