1 box chocolate cake mix
3 large eggs
1 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup raspberry jam
1 cup butter, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
Red food coloring
Chocolate syrup for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
In a large bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water, and vegetable oil. Mix until smooth.
Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling them about 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool completely.
Once cooled, use a small knife to cut a hole in the center of each cupcake and fill it with raspberry jam.
In a separate bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar and milk, mixing until smooth.
Add red food coloring to the frosting to achieve a blood-like color and mix well.
Frost the cupcakes with the red frosting and drizzle chocolate syrup on top to resemble blood.
