2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
Add the chopped green onions, chopped red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
