Ingredients

Scale

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 ounces each)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F / 200°C).
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, dried oregano, onion powder, and fresh lemon juice to create the marinade.
Place the chicken breasts in a large bowl or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Toss to coat evenly and let marinate for 10 minutes at room temperature.
Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes on one side without moving them.
Flip the chicken breasts and grill for another 6-7 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the juices run clear.
Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing or serving.
