High Protein Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites

A delicious and easy recipe for high protein garlic butter beef bites made in a slow cooker.

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, add the beef chuck roast pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary into the melted butter and garlic mixture.
  4. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  6. Once cooked, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
