2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
Sesame seeds for garnish
Green onions for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, and olive oil.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush the honey Sriracha mixture over them.
Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until cooked through.
While the salmon is baking, prepare the rice and steam the mixed vegetables.
Once the salmon is done, flake it into bite-sized pieces.
Assemble the bowls by placing rice at the bottom, topped with mixed vegetables and salmon.
