Tender and flaky salmon fillet baked with a sticky, glossy sweet chili garlic sauce, garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
2 salmon fillets
3 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to create the glaze.
Place salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet or dish.
Brush the sweet chili garlic glaze evenly over each salmon fillet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from oven and spoon any remaining glaze from the baking sheet over the salmon.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve immediately on a white rectangular plate with the sauce drizzled evenly over the salmon.
