Jalapeño Popper Dip

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. If using, spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
