1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
1 large head of broccoli, cut into bite-sized florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets and kielbasa slices.
Drizzle the olive oil over the broccoli and kielbasa, then sprinkle the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the mixture.
Toss everything together until the broccoli and kielbasa are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Spread the mixture out in a single layer on the prepared sheet pan.
Roast in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the broccoli is tender and slightly browned and the kielbasa is heated through and caramelized on the edges.
