1 pound kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch thick rounds
1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets (about 4 cups)
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
In a large bowl, combine the broccoli florets, sliced kielbasa, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Toss everything together until the broccoli and kielbasa are evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.
Spread the mixture out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
