Ingredients

Scale

2 salmon fillets, skin on, about 6 ounces each
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 lemon, zested and juiced
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
Brush the lemon and olive oil mixture evenly over both sides of the salmon fillets.
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the air fryer basket, making sure they do not overlap.
Cook the salmon in the air fryer at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Carefully remove the salmon from the air fryer and transfer to serving plates.
Sprinkle the chopped fresh parsley over the salmon fillets before serving.
